Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
2. How to Request a Return

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos to verify the issue.
We will gladly:
- Replace the item free of charge, or
- Offer a full refund
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
To replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. International Orders
International returns may have longer processing times.
Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
